Mammals

Mammals are animals that can produce their own body heat, have hair, and have mammary glands. In Ontario, mammals range in size and can include such animals as mice,  raccoons, bears, and even bats. Ontario has a great diversity of mammals, with more than 80 living mammals species, of which 16% are of conservation concern. This section will provide information on Ontario mammals and additional links where you can learn more about them.
